The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist plays a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and engaging candidates throughout the recruitment process, collaborating closely with recruiters to select the best talent. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition partners to execute sourcing strategies for assigned roles.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and basic screening to assess interest and fit before presenting prospects to recruiting partners.
• Focus on sourcing for high-volume or recurring positions such as Environmental Services, Security, Patient Care Technicians, Licensed Practical Nurses, Emergency Department Technicians, Medical Assistants, and general administrative roles.
• Achieve and surpass assigned sourcing performance targets.
• Use diverse sourcing platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume Database, job boards, and internal candidate pools.
• Leverage multiple social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to attract and engage potential candidates.
• Innovate recruiting processes to sustain a robust talent pipeline aligned with organizational growth.
• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience while building strong relationships.
• Participate in recruiting events such as career fairs, professional conferences, and open houses to expand talent sourcing.
• Stay informed of current labor market trends to maintain a competitive hiring approach.
• Ensure precise maintenance and reporting of recruitment data in talent systems.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is required.
• Preferred degrees include Business Administration and Marketing; a high school diploma or equivalent is also valued.
• One to three years of experience in Human Resources is required, with preference given to those with healthcare or hospital recruitment experience.

Skills and Competencies

• Proficient with recruitment and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume Database.
• Ability to use Boolean search techniques and internal databases to identify candidates.
• Strong social media recruitment skills across platforms including Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Accurate tracking of candidate interactions using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high quality service and satisfaction.
• Advanced organizational skills including prioritization, multitasking, and meeting multiple project deadlines.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships across all organizational levels and external partners.
• Strong analytical thinking and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on a positive candidate and client experience.

Physical Requirements

• May involve activities such as climbing, pushing, standing, walking, hearing, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping, and repetitive motions.
• Good physical balance and coordination are necessary.
• Light work, occasionally exerting up to 25 pounds and frequently up to 10 pounds of force.
• Requires close visual acuity for activities such as data preparation, analysis, transcription, and computer use.
• Work environment is typically a general office or administrative setting with minimal exposure to adverse conditions.
