As hiring ramps up across the organization, the recruiting function needs an organized coordinator who can step in right away and help keep the process moving.

This is a remote contract role expected to run for 3 to 6 months, with a real possibility of becoming a permanent position depending on performance and business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate interviews among candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across different business areas.
  • Oversee the shared Talent Acquisition inbox and handle questions or support requests from candidates and hiring leaders.
  • Track candidates through background screening and work with HR Operations to remove delays.
  • Support targeted sourcing efforts for select critical and difficult-to-fill roles.
  • Help with recruiting operations tasks and initiatives that improve the candidate experience.

Required Profile

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, HR support, or another fast-moving administrative position.
  • Excellent organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage several recruiters’ calendars and candidate pipelines at once.
  • Strong written communication skills and a helpful, service-focused approach toward both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Willingness to learn quickly, take responsibility, and develop within a talent acquisition team.
  • Experience with Workday ATS, HiredScore, HireVue, or Checkr is beneficial but not mandatory.
