Tailor

Position Objective

This role is centered on delivering individualized service to clients by carrying out garment modifications, repairs, and adjustments tailored to each customer’s requirements. The tailor will also handle fitting sessions and determine whether any further alterations are needed before the item is finalized.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a clear, professional manner and provide attentive personal service.
• Work efficiently while meeting assigned deadlines.
• Carry out garment alterations using hand-sewing techniques or a sewing machine.
• Modify and refine existing designs as needed.
• Create new patterns or adjust existing ones to fit the required changes.
• Press and finish garments to a presentable standard.
• Take on any other related duties as assigned.
