System Analyst / Business Analyst (Banking)

Role overview

This position blends business analysis and technical solution design for banking systems. The role focuses on translating business needs into workable system solutions, especially in a financial-services environment with exposure to GenAI and core banking contexts.

What you will do

• Gather business needs through workshops and convert them into clear solution designs.
• Map how transactions flow through the system so the proposed design fully supports the business requirement.
• Handle both business and technical aspects of problem-solving, including strategic and tactical recommendations, process adjustments, and functional specifications.
• Partner with infrastructure, support, and other technology teams to deliver business system outcomes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on priorities, expectations, and opportunities for system enhancement.
• Develop trusted working relationships with users and stakeholders to keep delivery aligned.
• Work with banking architecture and system concepts.

Requirements

• Prior experience in the financial sector, with background in system analysis or core banking, preferably within a GenAI-related environment.
• Hands-on exposure to Agentic AI solutions and GenAI, including familiarity with agent patterns, agent types, and Model Context Protocol.
• Solid understanding of model architecture, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Experience assessing and integrating LLMs such as LLaMA, DeepSeek, OpenAI, and Gemini into business workflows.
• Knowledge of OpenShift, RAG, Agentic AI workflows, and related components used to build GenAI capabilities is an advantage.
• Ability to design and implement scalable GenAI architectures and solutions using the required tools.
