About the Role
We are seeking a Supply Chain Operations Associate specializing in sourcing and supplier relationship management. This role is designed for individuals with up to one year of experience who hold any graduation degree. You will be responsible for managing procurement, supplier interactions, and the flow of materials to support production and distribution needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement sourcing processes including supplier selection and contract negotiation to ensure quality materials at optimal costs.
- Develop and monitor supplier performance metrics such as cost to serve, cycle time, contract compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Support supply chain operations that impact planning, procurement, distribution, and aftermarket services.
- Follow detailed instructions to solve routine operational issues primarily by referring to existing guidelines.
- Work collaboratively within your team and under direct supervision minimizing independent decision-making.
- Maintain client relationships, resolve disputes, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and adhere to deadlines while managing pressure.
- Participate in rotational shifts as required.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Graduation in any discipline.
- 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships and manage disputes effectively.
- Capability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and meet stringent deadlines.
