- Act as the primary analytical liaison with carriers, freight forwarders, and brokers to assess service performance, identify recurring problems, and support quarterly business reviews with data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor shipment visibility and exceptions, proactively perform root cause analyses, and coordinate cross-functional corrective measures to improve reliability and scalability of logistics operations.
- Oversee freight invoice auditing and reconciliation by validating charges against contracts and shipment details and supporting accurate financial accruals and expense tracking.
- Collaborate with shipping, supply planning, procurement, manufacturing, and finance teams to align logistics activities with production schedules, priorities, and budgetary controls, using data to illustrate impacts on costs and timelines.
- Manage customs classification (HS/HTS), trade documentation, and import/export processes to ensure compliant and timely international shipments while tracking regulatory changes and updating internal procedures to minimize customs risks.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operational roles with strong familiarity of transportation modes including air, ocean, full truckload, and less-than-truckload shipments.
- Experience interfacing with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers, including knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities supported by proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables), Google Sheets, and data visualization tools such as Sigma (highly preferred), Tableau, or Power BI.
