Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to lead the team at our new Southside Pittsburgh location. This role is ideal for hospitality-oriented individuals eager to grow professionally within a dynamic, fast-paced environment that offers excellent training, mentorship, and rapid advancement opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse part-time team including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, and Delivery Drivers.
• Oversee service quality by ensuring outstanding food preparation, customer service, employee engagement, and store cleanliness.
• Cultivate a culture focused on product excellence, customer satisfaction, sales growth, and personal development among team members.
• Manage and audit inventory to ensure accurate controls and stock levels.
• Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to boost store visibility and sales.
• Design and promote recognition programs and contests to motivate in-store staff.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of three years in management or leadership roles within restaurant or retail settings.
• Availability to work 2-3 shifts during mid to late hours of Thursdays through Sundays.
• Strong leadership approach combining compassion with hands-on management (player-coach style).
• Demonstrated hospitality mindset with the ability to deliver top-tier customer experiences.
• Competency in restaurant/retail business software, including MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems for hiring.
• Experience with commercial convection ovens is advantageous.
