About Liquorland and the Role

As a Store Manager, you'll advance your retail management skills with one of Australia's prominent liquor retailers. You'll showcase your creativity through compelling product displays, motivate your staff, and cultivate a friendly environment for shoppers. Your experience in fast-moving consumer goods sectors such as retail, hospitality, or customer service will help you foster genuine connections ensuring a satisfying customer experience.

Candidate Profile and Skills

  • Experience working in fast-paced retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles, coupled with a desire to develop product knowledge and grow professionally within our company.
  • A friendly and engaging personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in administrative duties including payroll, employee scheduling, liquor inventory management, and maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment.
  • Motivated by meeting store targets and increasing sales.
  • Possession of a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification or willingness to acquire one.
