Magna Metal & Mill Stores, located in Chandigarh, is seeking a dedicated Store Executive responsible for managing retail and counter sales of a diverse range of hardware, industrial, electrical, plumbing, and engineering products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers who visit the sales counter, addressing their product needs.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate products.
- Provide pricing details and verify stock availability.
- Execute counter sales involving hardware, tools, electrical, and industrial materials.
- Generate quotations, bills, and sales orders accurately.
- Coordinate with warehouse and store teams for timely picking and dispatch of materials.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and WhatsApp efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with repeat customers, contractors, and technicians.
- Continuously update knowledge about various company product categories.
- Help customers identify correct products, sizes, or specifications as needed.
- Ensure the sales counter is orderly and clean at all times.
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales departments regarding stock needs.
- Assist in stock verification and inventory activities when required.

Educational Requirements
Candidates should have completed 12th grade, or hold a graduate degree or diploma; practical experience is valued more heavily.
