Store Executive

Role Overview

We seek a motivated and customer-oriented Store Executive to oversee the day-to-day functioning of our physical brand outlet in Pune. The position requires an individual with 1-2 years' background in retail or store-related tasks, strong communication abilities in Marathi and Hindi, and basic proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Key Duties

• Greet customers warmly and deliver outstanding service.
• Understand customer needs to suggest appropriate products.
• Present product details, pricing information, and active promotions.
• Manage billing processes and liaise with the operations team when necessary.
• Maintain attractive store displays and ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment actions.
• Keep accurate daily records of sales and inventory using Excel.
• Collaborate with internal teams for efficient store functioning.
• Submit timely reports and comply with store policies.

Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer support, or store management environments.
• Fluent in Marathi and Hindi; English language skills are beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer use.
• Ability to accurately manage sales and inventory data.
• Positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and excellent teamwork aptitude.
• Experience working within a retail showroom, brand outlet, or customer-facing role is preferred.
