Role Summary
Firework is a fast-growing global startup looking for a practical, technically inclined Senior Sales Development Representative. The role suits someone who enjoys a fast-changing environment where priorities can shift quickly and no two days are alike. You will help build and accelerate the enterprise sales pipeline, and as you progress, you will gain direct exposure to customer calls with opportunities to eventually lead pitches.
The team values candidates who are comfortable using AI tools such as Claude to work faster and more efficiently, eager to learn, and interested in advancing a career in SaaS sales. This position is a strong fit for someone aiming to move into a full-cycle Enterprise Sales role within the next few months.
What You Will Do
- Research target accounts and connect with prospects using a range of outreach methods and tools to book meetings and create pipeline for the Enterprise Sales team.
- Run discovery discussions with inbound and outbound prospects within the assigned territory or segment.
- Qualify warm inbound leads, follow up consistently, and turn interest into meetings, opportunities, and other qualified pipeline for the sales team.
- Collaborate with Sales and other internal teams to improve conversion and build stronger pipeline quality.
- Join live customer conversations with the Enterprise Sales team and gradually take on more responsibility in pitches as your confidence and expertise grow.
- Use AI tools and agents to research accounts, improve outreach, automate repetitive work, and adapt quickly as priorities, territories, and processes change.
- Work toward individual and team targets related to outbound activity, qualifying conversations, meetings booked, and revenue potential.
- Keep Salesforce and other sales operations systems accurate and up to date.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing outbound lead generation, prospecting, and top-of-funnel qualification in both mid-market and enterprise sales environments.
- Ability to research prospects and use Salesforce or another CRM to generate leads.
- Strong comfort with new technology, including the ability to quickly adopt AI tools like Claude to work more effectively.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to present confidently to enterprise-level C-suite stakeholders.
- A strong sense of ownership, initiative, urgency, and openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
- Flexibility and teamwork, with the ability to move quickly as priorities shift in a startup setting.

This role is remote and open to candidates based in Europe.
