Aspire Manpower Services is recruiting seasoned Sports Coaches for a renowned university located in the UAE.

Role Overview

This opportunity offers permanent employment on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement comprehensive sports and fitness training sessions.
• Coach students individually and university-level sports teams.
• Evaluate athlete performance and track their development continuously.
• Discover gifted student-athletes and help prepare them for university team competitions.
• Coordinate training activities, organize tournaments, matches, and other sporting events.
• Encourage values such as teamwork, discipline, dedication, and good sportsmanship.
• Maintain detailed records including player attendance, performance data, and reports.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and emergency protocols at all times.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Physical Education, Sports Science, or an equivalent field.
• Hold accredited coaching certification relevant to the designated sport.
• Certified in First Aid and CPR with valid credentials.
• Have at least three years of hands-on coaching experience.
• Demonstrate proven experience coaching at university or collegiate sports level.
• Fluency in Arabic and English languages is mandatory.
• Exhibit strong skills in communication, leadership, motivation, and athlete development.
• Capable of fostering a safe, professional, and inclusive environment for training.

Sport-Specific Certifications

• Football Coaches must possess a valid AFC coaching license or equivalent recognized certification.
• Swimming Coaches require lifeguard certification from a recognized institution, alongside swimming coaching and First Aid certificates.
• Gym Coaches should have certified qualifications in fitness training and physical conditioning.
• Volleyball Coach must hold an accredited certification in volleyball coaching.

Compensation and Work Details

• Monthly remuneration ranges from AED 7000 to AED 9000.
• Working hours total 8 hours daily, Monday through Friday.
• Work location is the United Arab Emirates.

• 14 total openings:
• Gym Coaches - 7 vacancies (3 males, 4 females)
• Football Coaches - 2 vacancies (1 male, 1 female)
• Volleyball Coach - 1 vacancy (female)
• Swimming Coaches - 4 vacancies (1 male, 3 females)
