Role Overview
The Sourcing Partner will manage the hiring funnel's initial stage for various roles in sales, customer success, operations, and marketing across the US. This crucial position offers high visibility and direct collaboration with leadership, shaping the company’s staffing and growth direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing approaches for go-to-market (GTM) and operations positions.
- Engage passive candidates to broaden the recruitment pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define role profiles and attract top talent.
- Maintain a well-organized candidate pipeline using ATS tools, ensuring accurate tracking and timely communication.
- Enhance employer brand presence to attract the best talent from relevant communities.
- Use data analysis to optimize sourcing strategies based on outreach and response metrics.
- Stay informed on talent market trends, understanding candidate motivations and effective engagement methods.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, especially for GTM roles such as sales, customer success, and marketing.
- Experience in digital health B2B SaaS, particularly in patient support, specialty pharmacy, care coordination, or financial assistance platforms, is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively source candidates for challenging positions.
- Excellent written communication skills with effective candidate outreach messaging.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong data-oriented approach, tracking performance metrics and iterating strategies accordingly.
- Keen interest in understanding candidates to identify the perfect match and compellingly communicate opportunities.
- Adaptability to work efficiently in a dynamic, rapidly growing environment with shifting priorities.
