Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content schedules for Instagram and Facebook platforms.
• Produce engaging posts including reels, stories, and carousel content.
• Capture and edit short video content within the studio environment.
• Compose compelling captions, utilize hashtags effectively, and craft post descriptions.
• Create visual designs using tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Keep abreast of current Instagram trends, viral audios, and fresh content ideas.
• Oversee daily content publishing across all social media channels.
• Respond professionally to audience comments, messages, and queries.
• Collaborate with makeup artists to film before/after transformations, bridal shoots, client reviews, and candid behind-the-scenes footage.
• Monitor analytical insights of social media pages and propose engagement and reach enhancement strategies.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Proficient understanding of Instagram and Facebook platforms and their latest trends.
• Fundamental photography and videography capabilities.
• Experience editing reels using applications like CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Graphic designing skills employing Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Creative vision with attention to aesthetic detail and brand consistency.
• Basic knowledge of social media algorithms and hashtag strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background or experience in beauty, fashion, salon, or lifestyle content creation is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates with an impressive creative portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Flow, or Canva AI is a plus.
