About The Seraph Foundation and Role Overview

The Seraph Foundation, located in Thomastown, County Kilkenny, Ireland, is devoted to promoting spiritual development via Sanctuary, a serene retreat center welcoming thousands annually for spiritual workshops and restorative experiences in the Irish countryside. This full-time onsite position involves delivering engaging social media content and extends to executive assistant duties supporting the founder.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and publish captivating social media content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok platforms.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and in-house Videographer to plan and prepare coordinated content.
• Capture daily Sanctuary life through photography and short-form video productions.
• Generate compelling Instagram Stories, Reels, and related content reflecting Sanctuary's spirit and values.
• Provide ongoing executive administrative support to the founder, including managing diaries, appointments, and meetings.
• Coordinate communications internally and with visitors and external stakeholders.
• Assist with travel preparations, meeting arrangements, and general office administration.
• Maintain confidentiality while efficiently prioritizing tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation, ideally within the wellbeing, spirituality, or events sectors.
• Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication talents.
• A creative and proactive approach with the ability to take initiative.
• Adaptability to switch between creative and administrative tasks smoothly.
• A collaborative mindset with enjoyment working within a small team.
• Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory.
