About the role

In this position, you will report to the Head of Innovation and take ownership of producing social-first video content for both MAXNETWORK brands and MAXMEDIALAB client accounts. The role is hands-on and covers the full creative process, from ideation through to filming, editing, and design.

You will be expected to create short-form native content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, with a strong emphasis on originality, cultural relevance, and content that genuinely connects with audiences. The ideal person brings a sharp visual sensibility, a love for storytelling, and the instinct to spot what will capture attention and drive engagement.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, including low-fi pieces, interviews, trend-based content, voiceovers, and on-camera or behind-the-camera work where needed.
  • Contribute and execute weekly content ideas with the social team, supporting always-on activity tied to content pillars.
  • Work with the wider marketing, social, and influencer teams to shape campaign and launch moments in a fresh and future-facing way.
  • Create platform-specific content with an understanding of how to tailor work for organic and paid performance when required.
  • Own content production from concept development to shooting, editing, and final delivery, including trend-led posts, polished series, and partnership content.
  • Produce static and motion-based social assets such as carousels, stories, thumbnails, text overlays, and light motion graphics for premium brand standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the social team to develop creative ideas that feel unexpected while staying true to brand voice and current culture.
  • Track emerging cultural trends and adapt them quickly to suit each brand’s tone and visual style.
  • Edit with strong attention to pacing, tone, visuals, motion, and graphic treatment.
  • Find trending audio that is cleared for commercial use.
  • Bring an experimental mindset and help push creative boundaries for premium lifestyle content.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes material at events such as shoots, launches, retail activations, and similar brand moments, then adapt it for the relevant platform.
  • Support scripting and copywriting when needed so the content communicates the intended message effectively.

Requirements

  • At least 2 to 4 years of experience in content creation or social media, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Advanced editing ability across CapCut, Instagram native editing tools, Adobe Premiere Pro, the Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva, along with comfort shooting on both mobile and camera.
  • Strong graphic design capability, including typography, layout, and visual composition, with working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
