SME Channel Commercial Insurance Specialist - Non Motor

About the Role

PB Partners, affiliated with the Policybazaar Group, is seeking dedicated professionals to enhance its SME Commercial Insurance team specializing in Non-Motor insurance products. The role offers a fixed salary up to INR 1,000,000 annually, complemented by attractive incentive structures. Candidates should ideally have a background in General Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and expand the SME Commercial Insurance portfolio focusing on Non-Motor insurance products.
• Drive business acquisition via direct client engagement, broker networks, and corporate partnerships.
• Manage underwriting and sales of Fire, Marine, Liability, Property, and additional non-motor insurance offerings.
• Develop and nurture enduring client relationships to ensure policy renewals.
• Adhere strictly to both company policies and regulatory compliance requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience in Commercial or Non-Motor insurance sectors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SME and commercial insurance product lines.
• Strong interpersonal communication and client relationship management capabilities.
• Professional experience should be within the General Insurance industry.
