Primary Responsibilities

• Develop detailed maintenance plans on weekly, monthly, and yearly bases for all original equipment manufacturer (OEM) machinery.
• Schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks effectively.
• Coordinate planned shutdowns and servicing interventions in collaboration with client maintenance teams.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OEM guidelines and contractual obligations.
• Generate daily work schedules for technicians and supervisors.
• Create, distribute, and monitor work orders, ensuring accurate closure in the maintenance management system.
• Track labor hours, parts used, and maintain comprehensive service records and equipment history.
• Forecast manpower needs and coordinate resources such as tools, consumables, and specialized equipment.
• Manage spare parts inventory, monitor consumption, and liaise with supply chain and warehouse teams to avoid shortages. Support procurement for long lead-time parts.
• Monitor equipment performance metrics including availability, utilization, reliability, and downtime.
• Analyze maintenance trends to identify recurring issues and participate in root cause analysis to recommend process improvements.
• Engage with clients through regular meetings to communicate maintenance needs and downtime projections while aligning service activities with production plans.
• Compile and present maintenance and performance reports regularly, detailing KPIs like Equipment Availability, MTBF, MTTR, Schedule Compliance, Work Order Backlog, and Spare Parts Availability.
• Ensure all maintenance operations comply with site safety protocols, including securing permits, risk assessments, and procedures. Promote a culture focused on zero-harm safety practices.
