Site Operations Manager (F&B)

Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the NCR region, covering Gurgaon, Noida, and Delhi. The role focuses on day-to-day site operations in the food and beverage and hospitality space, supporting cafeteria activities, coordinating projects, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and track the daily functioning of cafeteria operations, including food and beverage service.
• Respond to product-related questions and support understanding of the HungerBox offering.
• Identify client expectations and work with city and central teams to make sure those needs are addressed.
• Handle site-level escalations with support from the operations team and drive issues through to resolution.
• Conduct regular client interactions, share updates on process or service changes, and help strengthen client partnerships.
• Coordinate with food vendors to ensure they follow HungerBox policies and maintain the required service standards.
