Role overview

This position is focused on keeping college operations running smoothly by providing dependable on-campus transport and hands-on logistical assistance. The role supports academic, administrative, and event-related activities by moving people and materials safely and efficiently around the University campus.

Key responsibilities

• Transport faculty members, staff, and students safely and on time within the University campus using the College Club Car.
• Move official guests, visitors, and delegations around campus for visits, meetings, ceremonies, and other college events.
• Work with the appropriate University teams to ensure the College Club Car is maintained, serviced, and repaired when needed, and escalate any operational concerns without delay.
• Support college events and activities by loading, unloading, transporting, and delivering equipment, materials, furniture, and other items needed for successful execution.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by the direct supervisor that match the nature of this role.

Qualification

A Secondary School Certificate is required. The same qualification is also listed as the preferred credential.
