Job description
Overview
The role of Service Driver, also known as Customer Delivery Representative, involves managing daily service routes starting and ending at home. You will engage with a diverse customer base, applying problem-solving abilities to find effective resolutions. This includes performing on-site services such as installation, fitting, collection, and exchange of units or products, maintaining high service standards and spotting opportunities for additional sales while achieving company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally manage and complete all customer service requests during deliveries.
- Continuously update service management regarding customer requests and provide related feedback to ensure top customer satisfaction.
- Verify that all stock and services delivered are appropriate and meet customer needs.
- Assist in creating routing solutions to accommodate new customer service demands.
- Comply strictly with company health and safety policies.
- Consistently exceed customer expectations through excellent service.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a full, clean Irish or EU driver's license is essential.
- Ability to organize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A dedicated approach to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.
