Role overview
This permanent full-time role is based in West Cork, with a workday that begins and ends at your home. As a Customer Delivery Representative, you will visit a range of customers each day, use practical problem-solving to choose the right service approach, and complete site services such as installing, fitting, collecting, and exchanging products or units. A key part of the job is to deliver a consistently high standard of service while spotting opportunities for additional sales and contributing to overall performance targets.
Key duties
- Complete customer service requests in a professional and customer-focused way.
- Share timely updates and feedback with service management regarding requests and related matters.
- Check that all stock and services provided to customers are appropriate to their needs.
- Help shape route plans for new service demands.
- Follow company health and safety procedures at all times.
- Work to meet or exceed customer expectations on every visit.
Requirements
- You should hold a full, clean Irish or EU driving licence.
- You need to manage your workload effectively and work to deadlines.
- Strong written and spoken communication is important.
- A genuine focus on excellent customer service is essential.
- You should have strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- You must be able to work independently and bring a positive, proactive attitude.
