Role Overview
The position focuses on assessing vehicles, spotting faults and damage, and helping determine the repairs needed. The role also involves coordinating with body shop personnel, keeping quality checks aligned with manufacturer expectations, and supporting customers during the service and repair journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out detailed vehicle assessments to detect defects, damage, and repair requirements.
- Work with body shop technicians to troubleshoot problems and plan appropriate repairs.
- Perform routine checks to make sure work quality stays in line with manufacturer guidelines and customer needs.
- Deliver strong customer support throughout the repair and inspection process.
Requirements
- Prior experience of 2 to 12 years in automobile service, PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), or a similar area.
- Good understanding of vehicle systems such as the engine, transmission, brakes, and suspension.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and heavier items occasionally with assistance.
Additional Information
This opportunity is with CARS24 SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED in Rohtak, India. Graduation is not mandatory. The compensation offered is INR 2,00,000 to 4,00,000 per year.
