Position Overview
Join our expanding team at SwipeJobs as a Senior Travel Nursing Recruiter. This fully remote role is ideal for a dynamic recruiter experienced in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle within a fast-paced setup, adept at forging strong relationships, and consistently achieving recruitment goals.
Work Schedule and Compensation
- Work Days: Monday through Friday
- Shift Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Annual Salary: $60,000 plus benefits and commission
- Benefits include 401K, medical, dental, vision, disability, accidental, and life insurance plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for travel nursing positions across various specialties.
- Build and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified travel nurse candidates.
- Establish and nurture trusted relationships with nurses by offering transparent guidance and career assistance.
- Collaborate closely with sales and account management teams to ensure nurse placements meet client demands.
- Stay informed about industry trends, compensation packages, licensing requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to monitor recruitment activities, performance metrics, and candidate engagement.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience recruiting travel nurses within an agency setting.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding placement objectives.
- Comprehensive understanding of travel nursing compliance, credentialing, and licensing procedures.
- Exemplary communication and negotiation skills with a professional demeanor.
- Highly motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working remotely in a results-oriented role.
