Senior Talent Acquisition Head

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Head to lead our recruitment efforts in identifying and securing top IT talent across various positions within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and manage the Talent Acquisition team to source, attract, and hire highly qualified IT professionals for diverse roles.
• Formulate and execute strategic recruitment plans tailored to organizational demands, ensuring swift and effective hiring outcomes.
• Work closely with hiring managers to grasp specific hiring needs and offer expert counsel on interview methodologies, compensation discussions, and extending job offers.
• Evaluate critical recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Required Experience and Skills

• Possess 19 to 24 years of extensive experience in IT staffing or within the professional services sector.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing comprehensive recruitment cycles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
• Strong knowledge of Profit and Loss management with proven capability to oversee recruitment budgets effectively.
• Experience collaborating with varied stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
