We believe the next generation of consumer brands will be built differently — and we're building the AI-enabled retail tech platform to help them consolidate and win.</div>Job Overview The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the entire supply chain process, from supplier coordination and logistics to warehouse operations and Amazon FBA management.  This leadership role is responsible for ensuring product availability, reducing operational risks, and driving operational excellence across the category. This individual will lead, develop, and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture while delivering consistent business results through effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Category Ownership & Strategy <ul> <li>Act as the end-to-end supply chain owner for the category, accountable for inventory, out-of-stock, and cost metrics.</li> <li>Partner with the Category Lead to align supply chain execution with revenue and growth targets.</li> <li>Build and drive category-specific supply chain strategies across all sales channels.</li> <li>Lead special projects (e.g., integrations, liquidations, cost optimization).</li> </ul> Inventory & PO Management <ul> <li>Lead weekly PO planning, balancing demand, inventory, and working capital.</li> <li>Place and track POs, ensuring on-time delivery and availability.</li> <li>Monitor OOS risks, recommend corrective actions, and own recovery plans.</li> <li>Optimize inventory turns while safeguarding service levels.</li> </ul> Logistics & Fulfillment <ul> <li>Manage inbound and outbound flows in coordination with 3PLs and supporting teams.</li> <li>Ensure timely, cost-effective movement of goods to warehouses, FBA, and other nodes.</li> <li>Resolve logistics issues quickly and escalate risks with solutions.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement to reduce lead times and end-to-end costs.</li> </ul> Reporting & Analytics <ul> <li>Deliver weekly updates and monthly performance reports for the category.</li> <li>Track and analyze KPIs: Fulfillment DoS, OOS %, Inventory Turns, and E2E unit cost.</li> <li>Provide insights and recommendations to improve category supply chain performance.</li> </ul> Stakeholder Management <ul> <li>Serve as the orchestrator between commercial and supply chain teams for the category.</li> <li>Align with Category Lead, Procurement, Inbound, Outbound, and Supply Planning to ensure smooth execution.</li> <li>Manage supplier relationships to secure reliability, cost competitiveness, and agility.</li> </ul> Leadership & Governance <ul> <li>Provide direction and coaching to category-dedicated supply chain team members.</li> <li>Enforce clear accountability and role clarity within the category supply chain team.</li> <li>Champion process consistency across categories while tailoring execution to category needs.</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).</li> <li>5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management systems.</li> <li>Experience with Amazon FBA operations is highly desirable.</li> <li>Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Proven leadership and people management capabilities.</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li> </ul> Why Join Us? <ul> <li>Opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding global e-commerce company.</li> <li>Collaborative and innovative work environment.</li> <li>Career growth and development opportunities.</li> <li>Competitive compensation and benefits package.</li> </ul>  <div class="content-conclusion"><div class="role"> <section id="role"> <div class="row"> <div class="text"> <span class="NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW182919787 BCX0" data-ccp-charstyle="normaltextrun" data-ccp-charstyle-defn="{"ObjectId":"db2d2cc1-08b2-4ddd-a884-b285c3400554|43","ClassId":1073872969,"Properties":[469775450,"normaltextrun",201340122,"1",134233614,"true",469778129,"normaltextrun",335572020,"1",469778324,"Default Paragraph Font"]}">unybrands is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment without any regard to race, skin color, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, and age.
