Senior Specialist – IT Quality Management System (IT QMS)

Role Summary

The Senior Specialist in IT Quality Management System (IT QMS) will be responsible for supporting and advancing IT quality governance, enhancing processes, ensuring compliance, and promoting quality across technology and digital transformation initiatives.

Primary Duties

• Champion ITQMS initiatives to maintain adherence to both organizational policies and external standards.
• Examine and assess Software Development and Testing Life Cycles (SDLC/STLC) alongside IT Service Management (ITSM) workflows, identify areas requiring improvement, and implement necessary changes.
• Gather, analyze, and visually represent quality-related data to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), detect trends, and gauge overall quality metrics.
• Create and maintain quality measurement dashboards and executive-level presentations to aid leadership decision-making.
• Organize and execute internal quality audits, oversee the resolution of identified non-conformities, and ensure timely corrective and preventive measures are followed up.
• Work closely with IT business units, governance bodies, and quality assurance teams to embed continuous quality improvement culture.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline is required.
• Minimum of five years’ professional experience in IT Quality Management, IT Governance, ITSM, or similar fields.
• In-depth knowledge of ITQMS frameworks and standards, including ISO 9001, CMMI, TMMi, and ITIL.
• Strong analytical capabilities paired with meticulous attention to detail.
• Practical experience using Power BI and Excel to develop comprehensive quality dashboards and reports.
• Proficiency in designing compelling PowerPoint presentations and reports intended for executive audiences.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively and foster collaboration.
• Professional credentials like CQM/CQE, ISO Lead Auditor, or ITIL certifications will be considered advantageous.
