Job Responsibilities and Requirements
This role demands more than six months of work experience in customer service, ideally within the telecom or technical services sectors. Candidates should have strong proficiency in English communication, presenting a neutral accent. Excellent written skills are essential, including the ability to interpret emails accurately. Strong verbal communication abilities are also mandatory, as the position involves handling inbound international voice processes. The role requires flexibility to operate in 24/7 shift patterns.
Additional Information
While a graduate or undergraduate background in customer service or a related field is preferred, it is not mandatory. The position is based in Pune, India, and is a full-time onsite opportunity.
