Candidate Attributes and Requirements

• Experience in luxury or high-end hospitality environments preferred, especially in fine dining or upscale cocktail bars.

• Keen desire to learn and a drive for excellence in all tasks.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage products.
• Minimum of two years in a similar role.
