Headquartered internationally in Dubai, the company is expanding its capabilities in global product development and seeks a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee intricate, cross-departmental projects encompassing business, product, data, engineering, operations, and external collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous concepts into well-defined projects with clear scope, milestones, ownership, and deadlines.
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning business, product development, data, engineering, and operational sectors to successful project completion.
• Effectively manage external vendors and partners by setting explicit expectations and holding them accountable.
• Establish robust governance frameworks including planning, risk assessment logs, regular checkpoints, and steering committee communications.
• Align diverse stakeholders ensuring emphasis on business impact rather than mere task tracking.
• Critically evaluate project plans to address weak points, unrealistic schedules, and unclear responsibilities.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously at various phases of progression.
• Provide clear, high-level updates and executive-ready summaries for decision making.
• Contribute to enhancing delivery processes within an AI-empowered, hybrid team structure.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in project, program, or delivery management or leading PMO functions.
• Proven background in driving digital transformation and initiatives across technology, data, product, or operations domains.
• Strong skills in managing stakeholders from both business and technical backgrounds.
• Experience collaborating with vendors and external delivery partners.
• Ability to navigate uncertainty and organize it into structured and actionable plans.
• Demonstrated execution focus with a composed, systematic, and pragmatic approach.
• Industry experience in fashion retail, including apparel, sourcing, product lifecycle management, supply chain, or merchandising is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, data products, or automation offers additional value.
