Role Summary

As a Senior Product Manager at Osmos, you will serve as the critical catalyst who sparks pivotal "light bulb" moments, shaping our media product's trajectory and propelling business growth. This role functions as the central connector among internal divisions like sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success as well as external collaborators including clients, influencers, and channel partners. Your core mission is to architect and implement the product roadmap to maximize adoption and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to guide and align the product roadmap with company vision and strategic objectives.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from collecting internal and client feedback to prioritizing features and translating them into technical specifications.
• Foster a culture emphasizing ownership, teamwork, and ongoing enhancement.
• Champion product management methodologies, tools, and frameworks throughout the company.
• Collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to increase uptake and generate revenue through product-led growth.
• Work alongside product marketing to promote key features and releases effectively.
• Continuously monitor competitors, identify differentiation opportunities, and strategize to maintain market leadership.
• Translate client needs into concrete product functions and envision scalable solutions for future development.
• Create prototypes from concepts and present them to strategic partners, clearly communicating potential value.
• Coordinate with engineering to deliver prioritized features punctually, ensuring efficient development workflows.
• Track critical metrics on usability and performance to drive iterative product enhancements.
• Take full responsibility for the product's success in terms of adoption and revenue growth.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a startup mindset with a strong drive for action in fast-evolving environments; experience in advertising or marketing technology preferred.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to articulate technical details and product benefits to varied stakeholders.
• Adapt to continuous product evolution and changing market conditions with enthusiasm.
• Experienced with project management platforms such as AirTable, Trello, and JIRA; skilled in creating low- and high-fidelity mockups using Balsamiq, Sketch, or comparable tools.
• Knowledge of network tools like Postman, curl, REST APIs and familiarity with web technologies is advantageous.
• Preferably versed in data-driven decision-making using SQL, Excel, Metabase, or similar analytics tools.
• Exposure to domains like Marketing Automation, Customer Communications, Product Personalization, and app/A-B testing tools is beneficial.
• At least 5 years of product management experience, ideally with SaaS products.
