About the Role
Cosma Health is seeking a seasoned Senior Medical Representative to actively promote cutting-edge women's healthcare solutions to medical practitioners, including doctors, gynecologists, fertility centers, and hospitals. The role demands robust experience in field-based sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a driven attitude towards healthcare product marketing.
Primary Responsibilities
- Engage healthcare professionals through regular visits to doctors, gynecologists, fertility clinics, and hospitals to introduce and promote company products.
- Establish and nurture durable relationships with medical experts and stakeholders.
- Drive prescription generation and boost product sales effectively.
- Deliver detailed product demonstrations and facilitate educational sessions for healthcare providers.
- Meet or exceed set monthly sales targets and maintain accurate daily field activity reports.
- Collect actionable market intelligence along with competitive analysis to inform strategies.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Medical Representative with a focus on field sales.
- Strong communication prowess combined with negotiation abilities.
- Capable of traveling extensively within the designated territory.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; preference given to candidates with backgrounds in Science or Life Sciences.
