Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Implementation Analyst to support our enterprise customers in overcoming challenges during the deployment of Intellect's technology and software. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with initiative, a keen interest in technology, customer focus, excellent listening skills, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Master the Intellect product suite and instruct peers.
• Facilitate onboarding for new customers.
• Provide strategic guidance during the implementation and rollout of Intellect products.
• Deliver training to customers and team members on our products.
• Analyze customer issues and assess business needs.
• Convert requirements into system design solutions.
• Lead activities to ensure project milestones and objectives are achieved.
• Suggest and implement continuous process improvements.
• Act as the main liaison for key stakeholders at enterprise clients, nurturing strong relationships.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels including VP and C-suite, translating between technical and non-technical language.
• Develop creative solutions to meet client needs where processes may be undefined.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Support, Integration, Product, and Sales across different time zones.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience implementing SaaS software systems.
• Familiarity with Quality Management System (QMS) concepts, policies, and objectives.
• Knowledge of Connected Frontline Worker (CFW) software and practices.
• Understanding of standards and regulatory frameworks such as ISO 9001 and CFR 21 Part 11.
• Technologically adept with a quick learning ability for new systems.
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects, large-scale programs, and change initiatives.
• Experience designing and scoping customer projects.
• Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders including VP and C-suite executives.
• Strong analytical skills with capability to use data to illustrate ROI and project successes.
• Technical proficiency to comprehend and communicate complex software solutions; familiarity with configurable software products is advantageous.
• Highly cooperative, able to thrive in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
• Meticulous, organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities with flexibility.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and partnerships at all organizational levels.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Background in manufacturing, life sciences, or regulated sectors.
• Experience working with international clients, including non-native English speakers.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Slack and Teams.
