About the Role

As a Senior Forensic Planner based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, you'll be a key expert responsible for conducting in-depth analyses of complex project schedules, investigating delays, and assessing Extension of Time (EOT) claims to ensure timeline integrity and commercial protection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive forensic delay analyses of complex schedules utilizing industry-recognized methods such as Time Impact Analysis, As-Planned vs. As-Built comparisons, and Windows Analysis.
  • Critically evaluate and substantiate or refute EOT and disruption claims submitted by contractors and consultants.
  • Produce detailed, precise, and legally sound forensic schedule reports, position papers, and senior-level presentations.
  • Monitor project schedules continuously to identify hidden risks, shifts in the critical path, and potential conflicts, providing advice on mitigation tactics.
  • Support commercial and legal teams during contract closures, mediations, and arbitration processes related to scheduling impacts.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 15 years of advancing experience in project controls, planning, and scheduling, with a minimum of 4–5 years focused on forensic planning and delay claim analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a closely related field.

Preferred Skills and Certifications

  • Proficient in Primavera P6 and specialized forensic delay analysis software such as Acumen Fuse.
  • Certifications such as PSP, CFCC, EVP, or membership in RICS are highly valued.
