• Meet Performance Indicator (PI) targets related to collection costs, ensuring monthly cost limits are respected.
• Ensure full compliance with legal norms governing the entire collection structure, both in letter and spirit.
• Oversee third-party collection agencies and collection executives to guarantee adherence to prevailing laws.
• Uphold ethical conduct as per the Code of Conduct standards.
• Continuously monitor collection operations to detect fraudulent behavior, preventing financial losses.
