This is a senior operations leadership position for a healthcare technology portfolio in the United States. The role is focused on improving efficiency, scalability, and customer outcomes by setting the operational direction and turning it into measurable execution.
The position is being handled by a partner company, which will manage applications and the remaining hiring steps. The opportunity is suited to an experienced operations executive who enjoys building strong systems, enabling growth, and working closely with cross-functional leaders in a fast-moving environment.
What you will do
- Set the operational direction for a healthcare technology business segment and convert company goals into scalable plans, priorities, and performance targets.
- Design and improve operating models across Customer Success, Support, Implementation, Sales, and Marketing to strengthen customer experience, efficiency, retention, and profitability.
- Work with Product and Engineering to prioritize customer-led initiatives and support readiness for platform upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
- Own core business operating cadences such as forecasting, KPI reviews, planning cycles, executive updates, and accountability systems.
- Create dashboards, performance measures, and continuous improvement efforts that support decisions based on data.
- Find ways to simplify processes, automate work, and remove operational blockers.
- Lead, coach, and grow high-performing managers and teams while building a strong culture of customer focus and operational discipline.
- Coordinate with executive stakeholders to align priorities, manage change, and deliver strategic programs.
- Drive outcomes tied to growth, customer retention, operational performance, and profitability.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, business operations, or service delivery.
- Background in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, dental technology, or other complex software environments.
- Proven ability to work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Implementation, Product, and Engineering.
- Experience building scalable operating structures such as KPI systems, forecasting routines, business reviews, playbooks, and performance management frameworks.
- Strong track record of developing managers and building accountable, high-performing teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive leadership.
- Experience managing multi-product software portfolios and complex operating environments.
- Prior exposure to platform migrations, system consolidation, integrations, or post-acquisition operational work is preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare data privacy, security, and compliance is an added advantage.
- Experience supporting dental, orthodontic, or healthcare practice workflows is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting where priorities may evolve.
