Senior Creative Project Manager

About the role

Celsius Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Senior Creative Project Manager in Boca Raton, Florida. The company brings together three consumer brands under one team: CELSIUS, ALANI NU, and ROCKSTAR. This role sits within a fast-moving creative and brand environment and reports to the Manager-Project Management. There are no direct reports.

What you'll do

• Drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of campaigns, content, digital assets, and brand initiatives.
• Build and keep updated detailed project schedules so teams stay aligned on milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Communicate plan changes early and clearly to keep work moving in the right direction.
• Serve as the connection point between Brand Studio and teams such as marketing, operations, and commercialization, ensuring information flows both ways.
• Make sure deliverables land on time, stay within scope, and meet quality expectations.
• Track risks, surface issues quickly, and help redirect work when priorities shift.
• Coordinate external vendors and freelancers when needed.
• Maintain briefs, timelines, and documentation in Monday.com.
• Run project kickoffs, stand-up meetings, and recurring status check-ins.

What we're looking for

• 4 to 6 years of project management experience in creative, marketing, or brand settings.
• Strong planning, organization, and time-management ability with close attention to detail.
• Proven experience handling cross-functional creative projects.
• Comfort using project management tools such as Monday.com.
• Good understanding of creative and production processes across print, digital, social, and design work.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills, plus a calm, practical, and solution-focused approach under pressure.

The base pay range depends on experience and location. The final offer will reflect relevant knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This role may also qualify for additional compensation such as bonuses and restricted stock units, subject to company plans.
