Senior Assistant Manager, Office of Digital Empowerment

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of SingHealth's GenAI Platform, including monitoring usage, tracking performance metrics, maintaining configurations, liaising with vendors for system updates, and meticulously documenting all platform changes.
• Empower platform users by providing guidance, developing comprehensive documentation, facilitating training sessions, assisting with prompt engineering, and ensuring an up-to-date knowledge base and FAQs to address user concerns.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify potential use cases, support prompt template development, document successes, monitor outcomes, and disseminate best practices and insights.
• Promote innovation by researching new GenAI technologies, maintaining records of successful implementations, refining prompt engineering standards, creating reusable templates, and contributing to the GenAI community of practice.
• Coordinate with End User Support teams to manage platform access and maintain proactive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, staying informed on the latest platform updates and features.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of four years of relevant work experience, including at least one year of practical exposure to Generative AI technologies or large language models.
• Experience in managing platform operations, conducting user training, preparing technical documentation, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders is beneficial.
• Prior experience in the healthcare sector would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude, with exceptional attention to detail and the capability to communicate complex technical information effectively to non-technical audiences.
