Role Overview
We seek a Scaled Customer Success Manager to oversee a broad portfolio of EMEA clients. Core duties include onboarding customers, driving Notion adoption via customized consultations, trainings, and assistant programs, and executing wide-reaching outreach to key contacts. You'll collaborate closely with sales to encourage engagement and act as a product advocate to optimize customers’ workflows, expanding user engagement and seat growth. Proactively identifying underutilizing customers and crafting success plans is a critical part of the role. Your input will help shape overarching growth strategies.

- Boost adoption and growth for a widely-loved versatile product used by global corporations, small teams, and individuals alike.
- Contribute to establishing the foundation of Customer Success at Notion, shaping effective sales-assisted practices.
- Act as a trusted product guide by delivering onboarding, training, and deep dives into use cases.
- Help guide product evolution through customer insights gained during engagements.
- Develop advanced skills while tackling impactful challenges in a fast-growing organization.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three years in a rapidly scaling software company, particularly in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Proven success managing a large client portfolio.
- Strong self-motivation and a commitment to team success.
- A growth-oriented mindset thriving in early-stage team environments.
- Passion for building relationships and helping clients solve business challenges.
- Adaptability to fast-changing industries and business landscapes.
- Curiosity toward AI and readiness to implement AI tools to improve work effectiveness.
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating Customer Success playbooks or processes.
- Background in managing scaled programs or outreach campaigns.
- Familiarity with Notion usage.
- Interest in data insights with prior use of Salesforce and Gainsight.
- Experience as an early employee in a fast-growing startup.
- Strong technical skills.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a highly competitive compensation package including cash salary, equity, and benefits. Expected total earnings on target range from €89,000 to €100,000 annually, dependent on location, role scope, and candidate experience.
