Job Overview

We are seeking a Bench Sales Recruiter with excellent communication and negotiation abilities to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role focuses on marketing and placing IT consultants available on the bench, collaborating closely with vendors and clients to meet job requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and position IT consultants who are currently on bench.
• Engage with vendors and clientele to understand and fulfill their staffing demands.
• Negotiate compensation rates and successfully close consultant placements.
• Build and sustain robust relationships with both vendors and clients.
• Track candidate submissions and oversee the interview process follow-ups.

Requirements

• Proficient English communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with US IT staffing and bench sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication capabilities are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this position is between 15,000 and 40,000 INR.
