Role Overview

We seek a motivated Sales Manager to join our Radisson Blu Mosi-Oa-Tunya Livingstone Resort team in Zambia. This role requires an individual passionate about results, interpersonal engagement, and promoting our brand. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all hotel sales team initiatives to achieve strategic objectives.
• Drive revenue growth and maximize hotel business in line with the established business plan.
• Proactively pursue new business opportunities to expand hotel clientele and sales volume.
• Develop and maintain effective partnerships with both internal departments and external stakeholders to optimize sales possibilities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of Grade 12 education required.
• Diploma or degree in Sales, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related discipline is preferred.
• One to three years of experience in hotel sales or a comparable environment.
• Verification of qualifications through the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA) including Certificate of Verification and Evaluation.
• Possession of a Police Clearance Certificate.
• Medical Fitness Certificate confirming suitability for employment.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets through effective team management.
• Proven track record in a similar role within a high-standard environment showing excellent sales productivity.
• Strong commercial insight with capability to multitask and thrive under challenges.
• Highly motivated, driven, and ambitious towards improving productivity and expanding sales using appropriate strategies.
• Excellent communication skills combined with sharp attention to detail and clear thinking.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• Ability to enhance the hotel's image within the community.
