Role Overview

The Sales & Growth Analyst will independently support data-driven business decisions that boost sales, manage inventory, and drive overall brand expansion across designated accounts. This position involves close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to analyze performance, identify trends, and spearhead strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Examine sales figures and monitor sell-in and sell-through metrics across all accounts to detect trends, potential risks, and avenues for growth.
  • Oversee account activities including door-level productivity, SKU performance, events participation, staff training, inventory management, and uniform brand visual presentation.
  • Create and update regular reports and dashboards that track critical KPIs such as revenue, profit margins, inventory turnover, supply duration, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Key Account Managers to assist with forecasting, inventory distribution, and replenishment strategies.
  • Provide analytical support for line reviews and seasonal product assortment planning, supplying insights tailored to regional markets.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions, pricing strategies, and marketing efforts within the sales channels to maximize return on investment and improve sell-through.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or related disciplines.
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in business, sales, or retail analytics, preferably in multi-store jewelry or timepiece sectors.
  • Adept at negotiating professionally with senior executives and retail stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a proactive approach to interpreting sales, inventory, and point-of-sale data, transforming them into practical strategies.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau are preferred.
