Role Overview

The Sales & Growth Analyst will independently support data-driven business decisions that boost sales, manage inventory, and drive overall brand expansion across designated accounts. This position involves close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to analyze performance, identify trends, and spearhead strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine sales figures and monitor sell-in and sell-through metrics across all accounts to detect trends, potential risks, and avenues for growth.
• Oversee account activities including door-level productivity, SKU performance, events participation, staff training, inventory management, and uniform brand visual presentation.
• Create and update regular reports and dashboards that track critical KPIs such as revenue, profit margins, inventory turnover, supply duration, and productivity.
• Collaborate with Sales and Key Account Managers to assist with forecasting, inventory distribution, and replenishment strategies.
• Provide analytical support for line reviews and seasonal product assortment planning, supplying insights tailored to regional markets.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions, pricing strategies, and marketing efforts within the sales channels to maximize return on investment and improve sell-through.
• Identify and assess opportunities for expanding distribution and placement within retail partners.
• Coordinate cross-departmentally with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to align launches, campaigns, and inventory approaches specific to each account.
• Deliver insights on product assortments focused on channel preferences and consumer purchasing patterns.
• Prepare detailed data analyses and reports to support account reviews and presentations for executives, with actionable recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting across all systems for chain jewelry accounts.
• Recommend enhancements to reporting mechanisms, artificial intelligence tools, and data accessibility within the channel.
• Handle additional analyses, special projects, and leadership requests as they arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or related disciplines.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in business, sales, or retail analytics, preferably in multi-store jewelry or timepiece sectors.
• Adept at negotiating professionally with senior executives and retail stakeholders.
• Strong analytical abilities with a proactive approach to interpreting sales, inventory, and point-of-sale data, transforming them into practical strategies.
• Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau are preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of retail key performance indicators, including sell-through rates, inventory turnover, weeks of supply, and door productivity metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills enabling collaboration and influence across teams.
• Well-organized and capable of juggling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment, along with readiness for travel.
• Detail-oriented self-starter with robust problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with CRM, ERP systems, and retail reporting platforms is beneficial, along with the ability to develop new reporting standards.

Location and Work Arrangements

This position is hybrid, requiring on-site presence at least three days per week in Jersey City, New Jersey.

Physical Requirements

Essential duties may include standing, walking, sitting, manual handling of objects or tools, and occasional verbal communication. Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and market conditions.
