Role overview
This position combines sales, telecalling, and quotation handling. The person in this role will manage customer questions, place outbound calls, and help create qualified sales opportunities for the business.
What you will do
You will learn what customers need, explain relevant products or services, and keep in touch with prospects regularly so they move toward a purchase. You will also prepare precise quotations according to client requirements and send them via email or WhatsApp.
Coordination and record keeping
