Key duties include conducting product demonstrations at construction sites, coordinating technical details on-site, tracking local order deliveries, and managing daily inventory in local warehouse stock. The role requires consistent customer management involving after-sales support, quality warranty handling, monthly customer visits, and collection of payments to meet KPI targets.
Market Intelligence and Reporting
The candidate is expected to gather ongoing market intelligence such as competitor activities, project tender processes, and pricing trends for building materials in the area. Regular submission of comprehensive market reports is essential.
Applicant Requirements
- Residency and full-time availability in Iran, Iraq, Turkey, or UAE, with autonomy to develop the regional market independently.
- Proficient business-level English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing), with preference for fluency in the local official language (Arabic, Turkish, or Farsi) which will attract a salary premium.
- Minimum of two years sales experience in the building materials, coatings, or construction engineering sectors with sound knowledge of local project operations and market regulations.
- Strong engineering connectivity including access to dealer and contractor networks is highly desired. The candidate must hold a valid driver's license for frequent field visits and be skilled in office software, especially Excel for data analysis.
- Ability to perform under stress, understand local business protocols, and respect regional cultural norms.
- Preferred experience includes familiarity with protective coatings, floor paints, and waterproofing solutions, along with hands-on involvement in large infrastructure and construction project follow-ups.
Compensation and Benefits
- Attractive local currency salary supplemented with performance-based commissions.
- Comprehensive local medical insurance and transportation allowance provided.
- Festival bonuses and a structured annual salary increment program.
- Access to stable, long-term regional development opportunities and brand support.
