Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be tasked with uncovering new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and meeting individual sales goals. Success in this role depends on strong communication, commercial savvy, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business prospects.
- Actively generate qualified sales leads through targeted outreach.
- Conduct meetings and deliver presentations to clients on products.
- Develop and prepare commercial proposals and price quotations.
- Negotiate agreements adhering to company-approved guidelines.
- Keep accurate records of sales and prospects within CRM systems.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Keep abreast of competitors and market trends.
- Provide detailed sales forecasts and reports regularly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in sales.
- Demonstrated success in achieving set sales targets.
- Excellent skills in negotiation and communication.
- Strong customer orientation and relationship management capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Valid driver's license may be needed depending on job specifics.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
