Job Overview
This role involves driving sales and collection activities focused on onboarding electric vehicle (3-wheeler) dealers onto the Ascend Platform, helping generate consistent business while maintaining strong customer and dealer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both sales and collections processes to meet targets within set timelines.
- Engage directly with EV (3W) dealerships and customers through onsite visits to promote services and collect payments.
- Complete customer verification and facilitate loan application procedures for disbursement.
- Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with both customers and dealers.
- Ensure timely turnaround (TAT) in business and collection goals.
- Gather and communicate market insights to support improvements in product offerings.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and submit comprehensive reports regularly.
