Job description
Job Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for frequently visiting book sellers, dealers, and distributors within the designated district. Developing new dealer and distributor relationships while maintaining existing ones is essential. Meeting the company's sales targets and submitting accurate daily reports with genuine orders and sales are mandatory.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience specifically in school book sales.
- Strong familiarity with the book seller, dealer, and distributor networks in the assigned region.
- Preference for candidates who already maintain solid contacts among dealers and distributors.
- Attributes of diligence, honesty, and target-driven work ethic are necessary.
- Candidates must not be simultaneously engaged with any other publishing house.
- Possession of an own two-wheeler or four-wheeler vehicle for market visits is required.
Salary and Benefits
The monthly salary offered is ₹40,000 or above, supplemented by travel and daily allowances as per company policy. Additionally, attractive incentives are provided based on sales achievements.
