About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Sales Director to spearhead our sales operations and drive consistent revenue growth. In this leadership role, you will devise and implement enterprise sales strategies, lead dynamic sales teams, broaden market reach, and cultivate enduring customer relationships. Close collaboration with executive leadership and cross-functional teams including marketing, customer success, product, finance, and operations will be essential to meet ambitious business goals and enhance competitive positioning. Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement sales plans aligned with organizational revenue aims.

- Spot new business possibilities, market trends, and forge strategic alliances to accelerate growth.

Candidate Requirements
- Extensive expertise in sales management, business growth, strategic planning, and commercial operations.
- Demonstrated success in steering high-performing sales teams in senior leadership roles.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Strong business sense with proven records of meeting revenue and sales objectives.
- Experience in managing enterprise sales cycles, strategic accounts, and key client relationships.
- Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalents.
- Analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting, pipeline supervision, and performance analytics.
- Capability to influence top executives and lead company growth initiatives.
- Excellent organizational, coaching, and leadership abilities.
- High standards of professionalism, integrity, responsibility, and flexibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline; MBA is a plus.
