About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to join our team based in Dubai. This position focuses on generating top-of-funnel pipeline by initiating outbound outreach to companies in the UAE's construction, fitout, and real estate sectors. The role requires managing prospecting, sequencing, and scheduling meetings for Account Executives while collaborating closely with the sales and marketing departments to achieve weekly and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement outbound outreach strategies including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn engagement targeting UAE construction, fitout, developer, and MEP contractor industries.
  • Identify and qualify potential accounts that meet the ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Customize outreach messaging tailored to specific industry pain points.
  • Schedule qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives ensuring thorough context handover.
  • Maintain detailed and current records within HubSpot including activity logs, lead statuses, and follow-up actions.
  • Meet specified weekly outreach and monthly qualified meeting and pipeline goals.
  • Continuously improve messaging and outreach sequences based on response and conversion analytics.

Candidate Requirements

  • Between 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound sales, sales development, or business development, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Experience working with or prospecting the UAE market is essential; background in construction, real estate, or fitout industries is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and outreach attempts with resilience to rejection.
  • Excellent written English skills capable of producing personalized, non-template cold emails and LinkedIn messages.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot, as well as outbound sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email sequencing software.
  • Located in Dubai or willing to relocate with legal eligibility to work in the UAE.
