Sales and Marketing Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team in Dammam on a full-time, on-site basis. This role supports our sales operations by identifying potential clients, presenting property offerings, monitoring inquiries, and keeping detailed records using CRM or other tracking tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in crafting and executing marketing initiatives including promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing materials and contribute content for social media and online property listings.
• Welcome and assist clients during property visits, responding to their questions and ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with team members to meet established sales goals and participate in ongoing product and sales training.
• Provide insights regarding market developments and client requirements to inform business strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent communication and client service skills for effective engagement and relationship management.
• Demonstrated sales and marketing capabilities to support campaigns and achieve targets.
• Willingness to engage in continuous training to maintain awareness of products and market trends.
• Basic knowledge of real estate or property management, particularly within the Dammam area.
• Ability to work on-site, multitask efficiently, and collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency with office software; experience with CRM platforms is beneficial.
• High integrity, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail in client dealings and documentation.
• Preferred qualifications include a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
